When I upped the dosage to 1000mg a day (2 pills per day), my period was late and my cycle was about 50 days (instead of the usual 25-28 days). The month after that, it was 31 days and this month, also 31 days. It seems to lengthen my cycle. I take it from day 1 of my period until I start ovulating and then I stop.

I was wondering if anyone knows how harmful it would b to take PM throughout my cycle (ie. not stopping during ovulation)? Will it delay my period until I stop taking it? I ask because I am travelling to see a long distance romantic partner soon and my period is due to come while I am visiting, but I would like to delay it while I am visiting!
