Hi hun, I took UB for 6 months, I started taking kelp cause my temp was low and it fixed it. I increased the protein in my diet, I map out how much protein I got throughout the day and seen that I needed a lil extra so added it in, if I couldn't get in enough throughout the day... I would have a protein shake at the end of the day, I used whey protein isolate, so really it's protein from milk, so you wouldn't be eating cow's flesh there
Do you have any dairy products at all? If you eat eggs they are high in protein also. I know alot of vegetarians that just don't eat meat, but they have dairy products and they eat eggs, stuff like that. Peanut butter is good for protein too, any kind of nuts are. I eat on sunflower seeds everyday, throughout the day and they are high in protein.
As far as choosing BB or UB that's all up to you, I think it boils down to personal preference and how much you want to spend for it.
