Hey girls,
I have decided to be a bad vegetarian and take the plunge into the BO route - I feel a little hypocritical, but I suppose it's no different to taking medicines which have been tested on animals (which I do, despite boycotting animal tested cosmetics). Anyways, my own justifications out the way, I have a few questions.
Firstly, as the majority of people I come across seem to use BB instead, would you recommend UB?
Secondly, I just decided to see how much it would be for two months' supply to be shipped to the UK and the total order came to $54.70, which is about £36. This is actually dirt cheap!! I was forking out £26 for one month's supply of Wonderup and that was with free shipping. This is from the medplex.com website. Is that the correct product? It seems too good to be true.
Thirdly, those of you who have had success, did you change anything else at all? Protein intake? Temperature?
As a vegetarian (a naughty one now, it seems...) I eat a lot of mycoprotein. It isn't soya, and I can't seem to find out if it contains phyto-estrogens but it is a plant based protein meat substitute. Does anyone know if this will interfere with the BO?
