Cheryl, yea, the easy curves thing is like $15 or $20 so it's not expensive and it works. The putting palms together exercise is hard to do. But I found a few exercise videos on youtube, if you search breast enhancement or breast enlargement exercises you'll find them. There are a few by this male instructor involving like dust rags and a floor. Oh and if you are having a problem with lactating, when you were taking herbs, fenugreek is known to increase milk production! But, those pills that stop lactating, I hope they aren't the pills that women use after a pregnancy to dry up. I breastfed so I never used them, I dried up naturally. But my cousins took them and they ended up making them smaller than they were before. Where as I ended up a cup size bigger after pregnancy then I was before. One of my cousins went from a DD to a small B. And most of that B is empty skin, they look like flat pancakes. I suggested NBE but she has Lupus and is scared to try anything. She says she's fine with the way they are, she just keeps a bra on at all times. I'd just make sure you're taking something that wouldn't make you lose what you have. Seems weird you would be lactating, I didn't realize males have milk glands still. I know they did back in the day, that's also why they have nipples. Back in ancient times males would breastfeed their offspring if the female died during birth or if she couldn't for some reason. And it's only humans that have that, if you look at a dog, a male does not have nipples but a female does. A cat, same thing. So, hmm, maybe you developed glands through hormone therapy? How bad is the lactating? If it's really bad you may need to get some breast pads to put in your bra so you don't ruin your bras and get some lanolin cream for your nipples so they don't chap. Mine got really bad while breastfeeding they started cracking and bleeding, lanolin cream was my savior. Hope you find out what's wrong.
