Also maca is very good for fatigue and weight gain.
I'm afraid maca will give me a bad skin or a fat ass..:p
But maybe I should just try it..Do you recommend powder or raw? I heard there were different kinds..
It all depends on the individual. I hope it will work for you, and as long as you have a nice symmetrical body then it is OK to gain some in the lower body. I use both raw powder and caps, see below for the caps info-it is very good:
