Pueraria M. grows MCF cells in lab dishes, It is a cancer or tumor cell breast tissue. It might not cause it, but it does feed it indiscriminately from healthy tissue. It's effects are less if combined with other herbs, the only problem is continuous extended amounts of PM, or if a problem already is there. Small amounts of some herbs like this have mixed actions, sometimes they help the body prevent these problems, but later on if the problem is there they feed it.
I don't know whether Pueraria M causes sagging. I haven't research kudzu enough, but I know it's widely used and considered safe. Kudzu is less potent than Pueraria M, but herbs are all less potent without the right combinations. I don't study PM's efficacy as much, because of doubts about its safety. You can look online for Kudzu, but I know it's easier to find than Pueraria M.
Here's only one based on it, NBE works my year results 30DD-30GG.

Quote:So I should take more or less the same amount of mg I'm taking right now of the fenugreek but divide that between peony, hops and fenugreek? That's a good idea, you can try that, then adjust the amounts or proportions. If you want to use kudzu, add it to this; and don't use it for extended periods of time or in high amounts.
