Detox pill milk thistle/burdock/dandelion & 1200mg kudzu alone (bearing in mind powdered form and my impaired digestion) potentially not absorbing much product but kudzu high in phyto estrogen (considering halving dosage)
Fenugreek up to 1800mg daily -really helps colon (powdered seed)
Fennel tea (wild/sweet/leaf) blend -huge help with bloating X 1-2 cups daily
One miso soup daily non gmo
Vit d/msm/bee pollen or other whole food multi/fish oil/blackseed x2 daily
1-2spearmint tea daily
Daily-linseed/flax pumpkin seed ground into cereal.
Will start glutamine to heal ibs 1-2000mg daily although reluctant to use glutamine..
Lemon/ginger teas morning and evening
Maca/gelatinised: not sure as no mAca today and stomach quite settled this evening even after big meal and wine where as previous day's can be very bloated by evening when taken maca during day.
Concerns: too much estrogen promotion so maybe spread out detox pills to couple of days a week..
Note: post typing this I had a miso soup and within minutes started burping from not burping or discomfort all evening.. maybe soy isn't right for me.

Ella , follow the process given . I gave that to my staff who had digestive problems passing stools once in 7/ 10 days . She also shows signs of leaky gut . But she has improved greatly over last month following my advise . You can try it too .
Before eating breakfast , 2 tablespoonful of Virgin coconut oil or olive oil . Follow with porridge oats with cinnamon , some fibre and honey . If you like your caffeine , drink 1/2 glass of water than have 1/2 cup of caffeine drink . Avoid acidic foods , carbonated drinks are no no . Avoid red meats , stodgy foods , sugars , fried food .
