So I just learned about an OTC cream that has 1mg estriol and 0.25 mg estradiol (USP) per dose. it semes to be therapeutic for post-menopausal women, much like progesterone cream.

You know where I'm going with this....
In theory, could someone use this cream alongside progesterone to encourage breast growth while following the luteal and follicular hormone patterns?
I'd like someone knowledgeable like lotus
to come and explain why this might be a terrible idea compared to taking something like PM topically or orally or something like hormonal birth control. Could it do something bad like increase the onset of menopause or something in bio females? Is the dosage too low to make any difference?
I read that it seems to benefit post-menopausal women by increasing bone density especially when balanced with progesterone.
I do believe someone should try to balance their hormones holistically instead of artificially increasing them if they don't already have them, but it's good to know if this is a potential option. I'm honestly interested in this myself and will be doing some research.
