Thanks Ella :-). How come the noogling freaks you out so much? I was a bit weirded out about it at first but now that I've gotten used to it I enjoy watching the swelling. I also pump pretty gently now so I don't hurt my breasts.

Im paranoid about everthing but yeh u get scared of damaging the tissue or worse. But I do noogle ocassionally but very mildly too. I never get any swelling as soon as I stop though, never have. But then I've never noogled with any force either.
