Hey guys I need help with something. I just realised I didn't compare my estrogen and progesterone levels to know if I'm.estrogen dominant or deficient! When I got the results I just checked them individually and found out they're normal.. I have a feeling I'm estrogen dominant so I shouldn't be taking phytoestrogens right? I consume about 1175 mg of RC a day! I'm so confused now.!
