I think that noogleberry was the best thing I could have done. Tissue expansion is a real , tested and true medical method for growing tissue. I will have to link you to studies I have read. I think that BO has also been a huge plus for me as I have been this weight before without these boobs. But honestly there is a gain in self confidence even with simple swelling. I have two tips of advice for the NB as well:
1) the sizes run small, measure your breast radius as that is the best size indicator. My starting base diameter was the contoured larges. (12cm)
2) you can manipulate the way you grow by adjusting the cups on your chest And by being strategic in how you apply oil. I am trying to grow out my lower poles, so I only lubricate them most times when I put on the domes. I find its helping.
I did not find that my areolas have grown. They look the same as they always have in terms of areola to breast ratio. I used to tape them down but now I don't.
and as for nipplette, I think that it pulls a it of your areola in to becoming your nipple. so I think that I can help push back whatever tissue may be herniating. assuming that's why my breasts seem hypoplastic.
Thanks for the link dollface.
and I will be sure to load up on nuts and seeds and avocado
