So, I found a boobie batter recipe that I wanted to try out. It's kind of vague with the amount of Fenugreek pills to put into the batter. It just says, "desired amount" or something like that.

I'm just curious as to how many pills I should use since I know that absorbing herbs externally is much more effective than taking it internally since your kidney breaks down about 80% of the herb. I'm still in the full A/loose B category, so I thought just maybe one pill will do? Of course, I also QUADRUPLED the amount that was originally in the boobie batter recipe since I had such a big glass bottle. Another question, how long would the boobie batter last?

Also, I should mention that instead of using emu oil, I'm using olive oil.
