Hi Paloma,
My understanding is that PM works on the oestrogen receptors, in a slightly different way to oestrogen. The difference is such that, there are those, who think it may become a possible alternative to tomoxifan, which I know is a vile drug.
I can only say, what the supplier of my PM says and what works for me. Most days I take 4000mg and every so often limit it to 2000. At 3000 mg, daily, growth begins to stall and there is noticeably less activity in my boobs.
So far, I have not come accross studies, showing a negatige effect; however, given that taking oestrogen, is full of negative effects; what the hell. I am in a more contented place, than I ever thought could exist and at 61 one, that can't be bad.
