You're in luck Breastquest, Chrissiegirl just posted this (cut & pasted) on the "Is PM Permanent?" thread:
"As a mtf transexual, my experiences, with PM, are not neccessarily applicable to a genetic female; suffice it to say that I have now reached a b cup, on PM and am still growing. I have had, and still have pronounced buds, which strongly suggests, I am developing glands and milk ducts, which cannot go away."
So looks like you should talk to her!
