Reishi is an anti-androgen, which prevents testosterone from turning into DHT. It's also somewhat adaptogenic, so I've read it's just good for a person in general. Search Reishi for a ton of technical and anecdotal information.

I don't exercise my pecs because I have adhesions on the bottoms of my breasts that pull up when I do, and I'm trying to build more underboob than overboob.

I just ordered the goat's rue in liqui-caps, and am planning to take maybe 1/2 the recommended dosage. I'll see how I feel, though. I want the growth to be steady, and also somewhat slow, because I'd rather keep what I gain rather than ballooning up super quick and then kissing it all good bye when I go off the goat's rue. I'm not planning to cycle the goat's rue, I'll take it every day like the BO.
