Wow it's been over 2 years since I was last here!

The update on my life is I haven't really done much in terms of NBE since my last post. I got really discouraged when I fell off track and between then and now, I went through a breakup, a couple moves, and a lot of life changing stuff lol.

From the little lurking I've done, it doesn't look like much has changed I still see a couple familiar faces but mostly lots of new people. Also some talk of pig placenta which I wasn't aware of a couple years ago.

Anyway, I'm gonna start back up on BO, maca, and noogling. My current daily regiment includes a multivitamin, krill oil, vitamin D, birth control, loratadine, and citalopram. On the days I workout (5x a week) I take a fat burning/energy increasing weight loss pill...I know there's no shortcuts to weight loss but I'm determined to finish the bottle! I still hate taking tons of pills though, so I'm trying not to get on any crazy herbal program again and giving UB another go. I see Swanson's is having a BOGO sale on their generic BO but that would require me taking like 5 pills a day just to match up UB's BO dosage.

Bust: 34.5" (hey it went up an inch since the very beginning!)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 139lbs
