Granted, every body is different, but I actually went down an inch on my butt and more than an inch around my waist. On the other hand, some have gotten greats results through noogling alone, so if you're hesitant about additional supplementation, it shouldn't stop you from seeing gains if you keep up with that and massage, too.

Yeah, I guess I'll try noogling first and see how it works for me.
Although I've read BO works really well for girls that have underdeveloped and/or tuberous breasts.... I'd have to research more before trying it, I guess lol
