		I take royal jelly and kelp supplements,  alongside flaxseed oil. plus I eat a very wholesome diet with lots of whole grains, nuts- almonds,  macadamia, sunflower seeds, pepitas, lots of fresh fruit and veg, protein and healthy fats, avocado and sweet potato are two of my favourite foods!   I'm lactose intolerant so I drink A lot of soy and almond milk- I have heard that soy is good for NBE. Plus I do yoga, the old photo is from when I was anorexic and the first picture was taken the other day, I have gained 15kg since then and think I look a lot bigger now.
