Well, BB is what itsjust4fun took. I think the general community has moved toward Swanson's now, though. I just bought a large supply back before that was popular. I have experienced an increased fullness: started wearing a 32A, now fill a 32B. I'll add that it might help to figure out your proper bra size. For example, I should actually wear a 28D/DD.
