You definitely need protein in your diet especially with BO. I drink 2 protein shakes a day, 80 grams in total and always take the BO after it. Whey protein is gluten free btw
Ive been listening to this hypnosis every night before I sleep and it really helps keeping you motivated and Its so effective. Everytime I listen to it I get tingles and soreness.

Thank you so much, AquaA. You've been wonderful with all your insights and encouragement. I'll heed your advice and measure myself this Friday, same time last month. I'm having a difficult time putting on weight and consuming enough protein. I have a crazy, hectic work schedule that I barely have time to eat sometimes, but I know I need to make time to get more calories and protein in my diet. Thank you for the hypnosis video as well.
