hi.. i have been using the noogleberry for more than a week now.. and i can say that it is not painful at all... there's discomfort but not pain... and then you'll get used tothe discomfort ... but since i do endeavor to grow my boobies then i can fathom the discomfort... besides.. noogling shouldnt be painful because if it is then your putting too much pressure on your boobies... have a great day..hope it helps..
