I have been taking 1 Saw Palmetto and 3 Fenugreek (610 mg) 3 times daily for about 6 weeks now. My blood pressure (I am on meds for hypertension already) does not seem to be affected, and I am sure I have gotten past the stage of "wishful thinking" into some real growth..... I do also use Breat Advance cream (available on Amazon) morning and evening.
