I was 36" and now I vary from 38 to 39". But, I also did flax seed massage , kicks, lunges, and squats. I also eat healthy fats from nuts, fish, flax seeds, and protein shakes after my workout.
Did u gain weight on the thighs while on maca
Hard to say it was maca alone, which I don't think so. I gained about
15 lbs from all the above I mentioned, that is fat+muscles. I really think maca is just a catalyst for it. It does increase your energy and libido, and if you use it toward the right direction (like I did) then you will gain weight at the right places, but it also depends on the individual. Oh, I was about 140 lbs, and now I am 154. But I am also bio male and I think it reacts differently for bio females, overall it is a good nutrition and it is not a hormone.
