While browsing through here the other day I came across this massage -
(this is what I copied and pasted into a Word document to my computer for my reference). I cannot find the original thread now, otherwise I would have put that link in.
In the thread a few members commented how well they have grown with this massage, while other massages did nothing for them. One lady commented it was one of the best NBE massages.
I am going to give this a go, but the question I have is, it states to "shake" each part of your breast for about 5 times - do you do this just once a day, it doesn't sound very much at all for it to have any effect.
Has anyone done this massage before, do you know how many times you do this per day?
