right, im just about to order these from holland and barretts can anyone tell me if they think they will work.

Saw Palmetto Capsules (450mg)

Fenugreek Capsules (610mg)

Wild Yam Root (405mg)

am i going to be wasting my money or is this a good mixture? confused! lol
