Hey there. Forget to ask, can I use maca btw?

Considering its non-steroidal, yeah why not. I'd start slow.....monitor the affects daily. NBE can be a struggle from some, digestion, IBS, acne, menstrual issues, mood swings, insomnia, rashes etc. Be Safe.

Make sure you try to get standardized supplements and from a reputable herbal/supplement manufacturer, cheaper isn't always better.

MSM and maca are adaptogens (meaning they'll help normalize you), so they'll be ok with milk thistle (good choice there).

I'd start out with 1 daily, give a week to adjust (monitoring reactions if any) then add the second in the same manner and so on. There's no reason to rush things along, growth takes years.
