Measure temp
Count the amount of protein consumed daily to see how many bars I should eat.

Will do cleanse for a week. Then fat burner for the second week. Then start ub the 3rd week. If I get too anxious to start might scrap the fat burner and just start ub the 2nd week.

The thing that attracted me to ub was the rising popularity of it on the board with people who were pleased with their results and I like that it is a simple routine. Don't like talking all the pills, frankly couldn't keep up all the herbs I was taking the first time. So from one simple routine to another, MSM to this.

Don't mean to sound dramatic, but this is my last resort. Have tried herbs, PM, MSM. This seems like the last thing that's left.

Been at nbe since I was 18-19 and so I am def not a quitter and will give this my all.
