Hi!
I'm sorry that I didn't put here an update about my program!
I read here allot of useful information...so I asked my self "why I am not putting my program on here?!
I was to lazy to do that!!!
But now I'm not lazy!!!I want to share my experience like everyone else here shares theirs.
Age: 24
kids: Not Yet
Height:5'2
weight: 127 pounds
Measurements:
under bust: 30.5" (78.5 cm).
bust: 33" (84 cm).
above bust: 32.5 (82.5 cm).
My Program:
Subliminal Tracks - today is day 25 listening to the tracks.
Noogleberry - today is one week using NB.
Massages - 10-15 minutes a day.
Drink:
2 Liters of water everyday.
1 cup of soy milk per day.
I started to listen to the subliminal tracks on 5/6/10 (May 6th). after 3-5 days I had really high pain going on in my breasts for about 2-3 days.
After that I had no more pains.
I got my period on the 16th of may.
Noogleberry - I ordered the NB on 5/12/10 (May 12). I received it on 23 of may.I started to use it right a way!
1st day I did 2 sessions of 30 minutes. And slowly I went up to 1.5 - 2 hours each session twice a day.
Today I am on my 17th day of my cycle. I hadn't fell anything going around in my breasts till today.
today I had pain in my nipples.not strong pain, but still sensitive nipples.
Till I got my NB I listened to the SUB Tracks in the middle of the day and I did Massages 20-30 minutes when I was listening.
after I received my NB I started to listen to the SUB when I went to bed.
I fall asleep listening to it.
Yesterday I fell asleep with the silent track on repeat. I wookup after 2 hours to turn it of.(I didn't notice It was 2 hours!!!wow!!)
The massages I do now before I using NB. for 5-10 minutes.
I don't know if the SUB tracks do something yet.....I will continue listening to them each day.
so that's my update for now...
