I said screw it and took the 1 pill (400 mg) Swanson Chasteberry/Vitex, 2 pills (250 mg each) Swanson Ovarian Glandular and 1pill (540 mg) Swanson Saw Palmetto plus rubbed in progesterone cream tonight and plan to morning and night hoping and praying.
Thoughts?
