Hey everyone,

I'm just wondering, what is the reason we are to avoid our nipples? Is it because it can cause them to become very sensitive, to desensitize them, or to become irritated/sore?

I've been massaging over my shirt and bra as I drive to work every day for the past week lol! My left boob is super close to being the same size as my right now just since I've started doing this! (I've been focusing on that side). I've got some good multi tasking going on haha (: but it is really not possible for me to avoid my nipple when massaging this way so that is why I am wondering about the effects of nipple stim, I don't want to desensitize them

I find myself playing with my nipples all the time ( over my clothes ) it does start to become addictive.
