is it safe to take BCP along with PM, or is that too much of a hormone load? - I feel that PM mimics a lot of what BC does as far as estrogen and progesterone, do you really need both?
I cant decide if I want to try my BC or PM or both.. my hormones are very messed up and thats why I think I am having issues with my chest.
