I think it's time for me to update...
Been a month of taking herbs
I had a fever (39.5) and i couldn't drink herbs for 2 days
Didnt feel much pain and just a veeeeery soft and water like feeling from my boobs...
Got my new bottle of RC and FS today^^
So this is my new program
FS 1830mg (3caps)
Sp 1800 mg(4caps)
Rc 1380 mg(3caps)
Extras from RC capsules
Dandelion root 30mg
Echinacea leaf 30mg
Licorice root 30 mg
Peach bark
Plain leaves
Prickly ash bark
Sarsaparilla root
Yellow dock root
I hope these extras will do wonder for my breast haha... im not sure...
Tomorrow should be my first day of period this month... but i don't feel any sign xD
