I am cur[/align]rently taking Evening Primrose 1300mg 3x daily -to turn my T into E

but i want to take something to turn my DHT into E, or get rid of DHT
Which is "better" to take??? Saw Palmetto or White Peony?

I take a progesterone ONLy birth control - depo provera shot
i know SP effects Estrogen, so I'm assuming the SP wouldn't effect my depo bc since it doesn't have estrogen????

anyways, would it be wise to take
EVO, SP or WP, & PM -- aromatase, DHT inhibitor, & estrogen (progesterone from my bc)????


please someone answer.
