SuperBoob: Yeah I get really dehydrated from period, because of the lost of blood and water too. My cramps are very heavy last time (I need pain killer jab) then it got very light cause I took supplement to make my body strong. Last month when I learn from you (haha) and increase my DIM-plus to 4 I didn't feel a thing. The only thing I remember is a little tired so little that it is almost not there.
Nessa: I am like you before, my period cause me to puke. I remember once I had expensive food in the hotel with some gal pals. I came out from the restaurant I told my friend I think my menstrual make me sick and I need to puke. I went to the toilet and puke my guts all together with the expensive food I consume. My gal pals were laughing at me. LOL! Is really funny.
Btw, I ramp up DIM-pills and not BB. I try ramping up BB pills couple of months back and I stall my growth. I didn't go very long with additional BB pills until I know I stall it. 2 weeks maybe. Then I ramp down again.
Periwrinkle12: BB is very expensive and the most costly among all Bovine Ovary products out there. I didn't know about it until I found this forum. If I were to turn back time I will do generic pills from swansonvitamins because the source of cattle are the same. BB pills has pituitary, ovary and kelp in it. Might as well buy all the separate supplement and take it like how SuperBoob is doing.
