So i'm almost out of my PM, maybe like 3-5 more days left and i'll be out of my Ainterol PM bottle - i got it from Amazon.
Anyways, so should I take a PM break???? or should I order another bottle??
Right now, I'm on Progesterone Only Depo Provera bc shot, & multi vits. massaging w/ cocoa butter lotion & Noogling.
Should I add another estrogen, more PM, or just break??
