Wanted to add, I also take EPO 
I've upped it to 1000mg twice a day but maybe that's a bit high. I'll check again 
Today I bought some vit C 500mg to take in the mornings with my MSM because currently I use blueberries on my porridge but I don't want to be missing out, and I also read that Vit C has a hand in increasing progesterone, and I currently take a multivitamin and mineral tablet in the evenings. I also picked up zinc for the mornings (opposite end of the day to my multivit) for the same reasons, I used to add these back when I used to take MSM and to aid my healthy hair program So multiple benefits are to be had!
