Aromtase/DHT and MSM
#5

Not sure if this is the right category...but oh well here we go

Ive been researching DHT & basically have found that too much DHT can inhibit breast enlargement, and can also cause hair growth (facial -chin & cheeks mainly; body hair thats excessive, "masculine" & dark)

I have facial hair, ESPECIALLY on the sideburns/cheeks & Chin!!!! & have some body hair, excessive & darker on the arms & tummy.. not so much on my back.

anyways, I've read that Aromatase is an enzyme that turns DHT/TESTOSTERONE into ESTROGEN =]]]
does anyone know of the BEST HERBS, AND FOODS, OR OILS OR W/E that are aromatase ?!?!?!?

also, i was researching MSM after Missed Miss told me about it.. basically its a Sulfur that helps with joints, hair, nails & skin because it boosts collagen growth...it is also helpful w/ breast growth because our boobs have collagen in them.. anyways does anyone know of the BEST MSM brand, or have had good growth with a specific one??

MUCH APPRECIATED TO ALL xoxoxoxo
good luck to us ALLLLL <3

I was very interested by your recent posts relating to MSM. Do you think that taking MSM might help repair my linea alba?

Greetings, hugs and best wishes

Hi Annie,

You know, it took a while sifting through the published material about MSM, I've found one really has to be objectionable when analyzing the results. To me, it's amusing to find results stating there's insufficient clinical research, ha!.

Anyways, MSM from a clinical standpoint relieves oxidative stress, anti-cancer properties, decreases muscle damage, suppresses breast cancer, anti-inflammatory, helps relieve osteoarthritis, etc..etc.

Annie, I couldn't find anything that suggests MSM can repair your linea alba, only consuming foods that boost collagen can help repair the diastasis. I'm no doctor that's for sure, so I can't offer a medical opinion at all, however I can tell you that I take MSM myself and believe it helps for me. So, I hope in part the info provided may help in some way. Wink
