Hi Guys, Quick questions for the experts.. I have mixed 50ml of almond oil with 50g Fenugreek powder. I have left it to steep for 1 week now and I'm hopin to start using it soon. Do you think I should mix some essential oil with it and if so which are best? Also how much would you use for each massage e, 1 tablespoon? more?
