Hi
Thanks for the advice.
I went back to look at my results and noticed there was a second attachment with the reference values.
So my TSH is low but within normal range. The higher the TSH the slower the metabolism and vice versa. So I have a fairly fast metabolism.
All the others were in normal ranges as well.
So lesson learnt, low body temp doesn't necessarily mean an underactive thyroid. If I would have taken kelp to increase body temp it may have made me hyperthyroid.
Conversion of T3 to T4 is the important factor, body temp is just an indicator. And a low body temp is "normal" for me.
Next pay day I'll place an order with bountiful breast.
Thanks for the advice.
