Hello everyone 
I've tried to use hypnosis but it looks like I don't have enough patience and I just fall asleep.
Now I'd like to try subliminals with nature sounds like ocean or forest etc.
Could you please reccomend where I can get such subliminals?
And is it true that they are less effective than hypnosis with actual words?
