So I've created a new programm
My breasts rounded out a lot this month (I think it is because of the Progesterone).

My current measurements are: 70 (27.5") and 86 (33.8").

I know that I'll be at my goal 70 - 90 (35.4") very, very soon! August/September :-)

Throughout
Massage: 1-2 x 10 Minutes Circles with flax seed oil or baby oil in folicular and a a cream or oil with walnut extract in luteal
1 x Fat Transfer Massage plus Chi or Japanese
Cream: Aumenti Bust and Augmentation Cream 1x a day (5% Volufiline) - beginning with August, 17.
MSM: 4g a day, along with Vit C

During Menstruation
Hops tea 1-2x with 1tbsp of the dried hops, nipple massage 1x a day
Beginning with 610 mg Fenugreek once a day (morning, on empty stomach)

Folicular
Fenugreek 1-2 x 610 mg per day, may ramp it up to 1220 mg twice day
Spearmint tea 1 x a day
2-3 tbsp of flax seeds

Luteal
Walnut Leaves Tea 1-2x with 1tbsp of the dried leaves
1-2 tbsp of flax seeds


Noogleberry
Whenever I find time for it - which is not very often, but should be better in August. Only noogling the smaller one, for about 40-60 min a day.
