Thanks Alyssa. i'm hoping I can get results from this one. If it doesn't work do you recommend anything? Have you had any success?

I can't recommend anything from personal experience as I haven't started taking anything yet. I'm still educating myself! Plus I will be travelling for a large part of June and that would perhaps make taking things difficult. Most likely I'll start something at the beginning of July.
