Update : I increased the doses of all the above herbs from twice a day to 3x a day yesterday, and today i have been feeling sick since morning

I know it cant be due to the fenugreek, does anybody know what else i could have over-taken besides FG that most likely caused my stomach to upset ?

I'm putting a stop to these herbs for atleast 2-3 days now :/ I feel like i will throw up as soon as i see another pill for now
