Thanks Anastasia, i do have some underwear like this and to be honest i dont have much of a bulge anymore so its not a massive problem but it would be nice to wear some skimpy bikini pants when i go on holiday and thats still a no, no at the minute while i am still male lol but thank you so much for looking for me hun. I have kind of made my mind up to have it done, the clinic can get me in on the 11th of may, i have had to send all my medical history and notes from my specialist over to the surgeon and i will have to have a consultation and examination before the op so there is a chance i could go there and not be able to have the op anyway but im willing to take that chance as ive set my heart on this now and i have already paid a deposit on the operation so my holiday is on hold untill am healed which will take a while but im very excited and very scared, so wish me luck lol.
