You already have a pretty face no really any features that wouldn't belong on a female face and you aleady have the start of curves to your body, I think a couple things that would make a big difference would facial hair removal and shaping eyebrows.
I don't recommend permenant hair extensions if your trying to grow it because even the ones that don't use glue damage the hair I had the micro clip ones and my hair was much thinner after removing them because they pull it out a bit, but maybe some removable clip in extensions would be OK just not too long a only few inches longer will look most natural, also obviously human hair of a similar texture to yours don't forget a lot of women have short hair just styled.
