I know the transgender surgeons in the US do it with referrals from gender specialists, what kind of operation are you going for? Is it the one where they use your penis in the construction of the vagina? If so that can make it very realistic and you will have a clit just like we do, it's made from the nerves and such from your penis head, that's what they do in the US, but yes the operations either way you are going is very expensive. What I would do is make a list of pros and cons, if the pros outweigh the cons, go for it! Can you get a loan maybe so you can make payments instead of going out of pocket all at once? Maybe that would help. If I were a male and wanted to be female, which I'm sure I would if I were born male... I would try my damnest to make it happen. But still be careful, any type of surgery is risky, make sure you are going with a good surgeon! I'm sure the ones in Thailand would know the most with this since there are sooo many ladybois there! And most of them you would never be able to tell were born male, so they must know their stuff! Either way I hope it works out for you and you get the results you are looking for. I have seen a post op transgender's vagina cause she asked me if it looked normal, and I could barely even tell she wasn't born female! They did such a good job on her, they used the head to make the clit, and the skin and flesh from the scrotum to make the lips and such, it was an amazing job, she went to some surgeon in northern USA.
