Thanks Karen, I don't really have the time or money for a pumping kit but i will definitely look into that in the future if i feel as though I'm not making enough progress.

Thanks for you're support guys. i don't want to go crazy on this forum as my results are super slow and I'll drive myself nuts if I start checking for progress too often and seeing there is none but I'll update when i reach another milestone
