Sorry, didn't even look at my mg. it says it's 500mg per capsule. So, I guess I'm starting with 250mg. Dang! That seems really low.

Hmm..... Maybe I should start a new thread called "Maca Journey Buddies" and we can all post how much we take and update with our results.

So, are you taking it for just all over health? Or for NBE?
