Well, it's just me and my amazing & beautiful 2 year old son, so if I start cooking with it, it'll just be in my food (or shakes) for now. I've been doing a ton of reading on Maca these past few months and decided to get Whole World Botanicals organic veg Gelatenized maca capsules. It's been sitting on my counter beckoning me for about a month. Lol. I'm biting the bullet and starting it today. I've become pretty convinced I should probably take an anti-androgen along with it. But I am somewhat confused. Apparently (from what I understand) the anti-androgen prevents the maca from boosting my testosterone? Which is good for my NBE, but isn't the testosterone boost the reason it gives you growth in the butt and other muscles? I have no idea. I've been on a weight lifting program with a trainer and a weight gaining (healthy) diet. I'm wanting the glute boost that maca might offer.
