I have to make a correction on what I said about chromium. I read it reduces the number of ER-alpha receptors, (causes down regulation), possibly increasing insensitivity to hormones. A tiny bit of chromium is an essential nutrient, but too much is also unhealthy. So if anyone is using it, hold off on it, or use a fractional amount, or use only food sources
